Randall 'CHEFS' knife!
Yeah: No belt sheath...No handle, spacers, handle shape options of any kind...but the Chefs knife is/was designed to handle even your toughest cooking chores with no sweat! I have removed wild hog ribs off of the carcass with my Chefs...and it didn't even check up!
The handle shape fits everyone and it slightly raised at the butt to allow ample room for your fingers underneath when slicing on a counter or butcher block. A wrist thong is for hanging it up to dry or store more than anything else.
This knife is butch, weighing in at 14 1/2 ounces! Not known to many because it is not featured in the RMK catalog or the non-catalog insert...but it's a Randall Made Knife alright!
