Randall Model #11-4 1/2 inch: ALASKAN SKINNER!!
Randall Makes 4 different blade lengths on their Model #11, Alaskan Skinner. The 4 1/2 inch shown here is the smallest available in 1/4 inch blade stock. Personally, I think it's more practical than the 5 inch version, though both are excellent...but this one's here, ready-to-ship with some more of that great sambar I've been fortunate enough to receive from the shop lately! I'll list all of particulars below.
