Randall Model #23-4 1/2 inch- GAMEMASTER
The #23 works extremely well on game. Larger overall than it's smaller counterpart ( The #8, Trout-N-Bird) it will cut a critter up with precision and should be the only knife you need to do so! It is quite heavy-duty and suited for the most difficult of tasks. The handle is large (stag) and comfortable for a long dress-out. Hope it'll work for your needs.
