Randall Model #18-5 1/2 inch- Loaded!
Howdy folks,
This Model #18 is set up the way (I feel) it needs to be. Hollow handle and sawteeth are standard but the stainless, knurled handle and compass are not. Why have a survival knife without a compass? If you wrap the handle with fishing line, paracord, leather boot laces, etc., etc. the knurled handle helps to aid in keeping the wrap tight! 'PLUS'...What if you have to take all of that crap off and really 'use it'? The knurled handle will give you a positive grip and and a rough surface to light safety matches off of! Stainless? OK: Maybe you don't need stainless, but if you are in a wet environment, on a boat or have to wade a swamp, stream, river or lake, stainless won't rust! (Duh?!)...Anyway: I hope you like it and thanks for coming by and stayin' a spell.
