Randall's ORIGINAL COMBAT COMPANION
A couple of years ago the Randall shop announced the 'new' Combat Companion / Full Tang. It's a great knife and was/is an instant hit. The original CC is a bit different, a lot more user friendly (as far as weight and option-selections go) and an absolute wonderful knife to use, wear and own! Here's a couple of reasons why:
#1) The tang is a CDT (cut down tang), reducing a couple of ounces of weight).
#2) Because it is a CDT, you have your choice of whatever-n-the-hell kind of handle you
want to put on it!
#3) Handle 'shapes' are your option and your choice (as opposed to the CC/FT's border
patrol shape being the 'only' choice)
#4) A lighter weight and easier to stow-n-tow model 'A' sheath
#5) The blade stock is 1/4 inch, verses 3/16 inch on the New Knide!
OK: The new kid on the block is a terrific knife...and it comes standard with a lot of stuff. It also catalogs for more money. This splendid example shown here, eclipses all of that 'pricing stuff' because it is loaded out on options. I'll list them all below but you could do yourself a favor by considering this jem for your next Randall Made knife. You will not be dissapointed. Thanks for havin' a look around my website folks.
