Randall Model #20-WARD GAY Model, in maroon micarta!!
Yep! The BESTEST! When it comes to a skinning knife, Ward Gay (Alaskan bush pilot from decades ago) had it spot-on, dead-ass right when he sent Bo Randall his drawings for the ideal skinning knife! The 'Ward Gay' (as it was called for decades) was an instant hit with the hunter and sportsman. This one sports the handle of old, once again available after a 20 year vacation!
The handle shape slopes more at the butt end is more rounded for the most comfortable fit! The finger grips are ambidextrous so the drama of 'will it fit me...or not' is ended. Randall also includes and nickel silver single hilt. wrist thong and a special (small, level) blade stamp to further set this beaut apart from all the rest! I sure hope you like it!
