Randall Model #10-7 inch
Hi folks,
The 7 inch version of Randall's fine line up of Model #10's gets used (by me) more often than my carving set! It'll do all of the same jobs with a thinner, cleaner cut and the knife is easy to wash up! Don't get me wrong. In circumstances when (& where) the bird's huge and pork tenderloin is super sized, my Carver gets the call but my Model #10-7 inch gets more calls.
