Randall REMEMBER VIETNAM-S/N 21 OF 50
Hi folks,
One of the main reasons I have gone to the trouble to separate 'all' Randalls, listed on my website into 2 categories was for knives just like this one. Randall made the knife / 100%. Rick Schuchman's idea and Greg Gutcher's sheath mastery shine through on this collaboration! There were 2 models, both with a Remember Vietnam theme, yet different in many ways. I will be posting the second (actually the first produced) knife a bit later. 50 total of each model were made. Scrimshanded by two seperate scrimshanders (This one is E. Fray) and featuring different names from 'THE WALL', I hope this will find a spot of honor in your Randall knife collection. It is an honor to offer it to you.
This Combat Companion is a tribute to the men & women nurses (in fact, all medical personel) who gave so bravely of themselves to care for our wounded warriors during the Vietnam war. I cannot do the artwork justice, but please....take a few minutes...study what is being represented here...reflect on how very fortunate we all are, due to the sacrifices made by our men & women in our Armed Forces.
