You take the most popular blade in the Randall catalog (The Model #1-7 inch, ALL PURPOSE FIGHTER) and you forged it out of the same blade stock and with a full, exposed tang, as the Model #16-7', DIVERS Model! You wind up with this #16-7', Special #1 Fighter...and this one's a beauty with nickel silver double hilt, green micarta handle and #14 (or #16) finger grips!
The package is priced much...much less then should this have been order off of the Model #1 starting price and had everything added as options! Of course, you 'still' could have the exposed tang construction, even if you did order it that way, making this guy a great find and an even greater bargain!
