The Yukon Skinner is for skinning and dressing good-sized game..period! It may not have as much multi-purpose usage as some of the other models but it'll: Skin, Dress, Butcher, Gut, Cut-up, Steak-out and De-bone all yer critters...just fine! It will also cut & slice your ham or turkey at the hunting camp, along with your tomatoes, potatoes, etc., etc., etc...
