Randall Model #5-7 inch, Large Camp & Trail Model
Hi folks,
One knife I brought back from the Blade show this past week was this Randall Model #5-7, Camp-N-Trail. Scott Maynard (Randall's shop supervisor) was kind enough to hand-deliver this knife, along with about 25 more, to the Blade show. These knives were a portion of my monthly order. Well: As much as I appreciated Scott's delivery service, by the time he got there with it a good amount of my setup was...well...'set up'!
This knife, along with a handful of others, never got the air play they so deserved. It may work out well for one of you. If someone is looking for a serious camp & chore knife, this'll do! I tried (unsuccessfully), to capture just how well finished this knife is. The black micarta is hand polished to another level. Try to see through my late night photography and realize how nice this big boy really is. I hope you like it...and thanks for having a look around my website. I really appreciate it.
