The Randall Model #18 comes in 2 blade lengths. This one here's the big boy, 7 1/2 inches of cold steel! I ordered this one in stainless, in case your perils take you around the water or in a humid environment. I also order the knurled handle to give you a positive grip when using this knife! I hope it's what you are looking for. It will serve you well. I carry one quite often when bow hunting. If I have to trail a bleeding wild hog I have something to help me hack through the dense brush...and to, by God, protect myself with if that boar hasn't given up the ghost yet!
