Randall Model #1 MINI !!
Randall introduced the 4-knife mini series with the Model #25. It had a stainless 'S' blade stamping. By the time this Lil' guy came out a couple of years later (around 1997?) the Randall shop had dedicated a special blade stamp to the miniature program! You'll notice in the photos an 'M' stamp. That's proof of it's authenticity! There was also a special sheath for the Mini #1, stamped M-1. In leau of a sharpening stone, a small piece of leather was placed inside the hone pouch and it was also stamped with the M1 stamping.
There were 1500 of these knives made in total and this one is serial number 540. If you wish, I can order the full size Model #1-7 inch to match this knife and have it etched with the same number!
