Randall Model #12-6 inch-SPORTSMANS BOWIE
The 6 inch version of Randall's Sportsmans Bowie is a difficult knife to make. The reason is that, like original Bowie blade designs, there is no finger choil on the blade, next to the hilt. This makes for a bugger of a job to finish the blade properly 'and' sharpen it all the way back to the hilt! Check out the photos and you'll see what I mean. Although a pain to make, it is the most authentic, in blade shape, of all the Bowies in Randall's catalog!
This one's got some expensive 'tricks' on it as well, like a$75.00 solid nickel silver butt cap! Hope you like it folks. It's a dandy!
