No kidding. I use my #10-7 inch even more than I do my carving set! I hope you are looking for an absolute, by God, Randall knife that is, not only very affordable, but quite utilitarian in purpose! The Model #10 will not steer you wrong. Just don't put this one (or any fine cutlery) in the dishwasher!!
