Check out this Model #7-4 1/2 inch, 'Fisherman-Hunter' model from the Randall shop! They named it right as the trailing point is the singular best blade shape for a variety of hunting and fishing knife chores! The blade shape is identical to Randall's venerable Model #3, Hunter, except it is much lighter and easier to carry!
The knife weighs only 5 ounces and the knife/sheath combo, weighs less than 7 ounces. Slide this guy on your belt and you'l hardly know it's there! If you are in the market for something like this it's available to the first one that pulls the trigger. An aside (bonus) is the fact that the stag is perfect as well!
